Who We Are
About BJANE
Honoring Our Roots. Building Our Future.
Celebrate, Share, and Preserve
We are a nonprofit organization run entirely by volunteers, dedicated to serving the families from Bihar, Jharkhand, and other parts of India in New England.
At BJANE, our mission is to celebrate, share, and preserve the traditions of Bihar and Jharkhand. We strive to create a space where our members can engage in cultural activities, celebrate festivals, and support each other while sharing our heritage with the broader New England community.
We are also dedicated to promoting widely spoken languages like Hindi and regional languages from Bihar and Jharkhand, ensuring their relevance and continuity in the modern world. BJANE seeks to be a beacon of excellence, contributing to the revival of Bihar and Jharkhand’s historical prominence as centers of culture, knowledge, and innovation.
Through our efforts, we aim to build a stronger, more vibrant community while making a meaningful impact on society. Founded in 2007, BJANE is a registered nonprofit organization in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (EIN 82-2948926).
